My Story
Michael “Hob” Habeck has been a proud member of the Tomahawk community since 1985. For
more than three decades, he played a key role at Tomahawk Sports Center, helping build it into a
central part of the community’s recreational and outdoor life. In 2019, he opened Hob’s Service
Center, continuing his commitment to serving neighbors with honesty, skill, and hometown
pride.
A certified technician since 1990 and master technician in three Bombardier Recreational
Product lines since 1994, Hob has spent his career working directly with the people of
Tomahawk, listening, solving problems, and investing in growth.
His work has always been about reliability, trust, and community connection.
Hob is now running for Mayor of Tomahawk to bring that same hands-on dedication to City
Hall. His priorities include supporting local businesses, encouraging families to make Tomahawk
their home, expanding housing, continuing downtown revitalization, expanding mental health
support, fixing our roads, bridges, and community infrastructure.
